Shipping Options
Note: Because we offer five shipping options at checkout, sometimes the incorrect shipping method is selected. When you reach the SHIPPING/PAYMENT page please select the correct option for your item(s). If you are unsure of which option to select or if your shipping cost is incorrect, we'll contact you with updated shipping cost via email. Email us anytime if you are unsure of which shipping method applies to your product.
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Ground Service: This shipping method is used the most. If you see "When checking out, select the (Ground) rate for shipping." or
"When checking out, select the (FedEx) rate for shipping." at the top of the category page, please select FedEx Ground Service in the shipping via method box on the SHIPPING/PAYMENT page when checking out. If you do not see this as an option during checkout, your weight has exceeded Fedex's limits. Please email or call us for an accurate shipping quote or select the Truck Freight option. We use FedEx, UPS, U.S. Postal Service and DHL for shipping all products except those indicated Truck Freight.
2nd day and Overnight Shipping: Express Shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders of regular sized items. Note: The item(s) on the order must be eligible for express shipping and must be in stock. Express shipping orders placed on business days by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day. All Express Shipments placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. On orders shipped 2Day or Overnight, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Truck Freight: (Hoods/Doors/Fenders/Grille Guards & Tires and Tire-Wheel Packages) Truck Freight Rate ($135.00) This shipping method must be used if you see "When checking out, select the Truck Freight rate for shipping." or if the item specifies that it must be shipped truck freight. On the SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION page during checking out, please select Truck Freight Rate ($135.00) in the shipping method box. This method of shipping is for all items that are truck freight with the exceptions below. Email us for a residential address shipping quote. **Please note the truck freight cost listed above usually will cover the cost of truck freight, if your freight quote we receive from the trucking terminal is more than our truck freight cost listed above, we will notify you via email before we process your order.**
Truck Freight Note:
Some of our products like oversized sheet metal, are too large to ship via UPS or other standard carriers and must be delivered by truck. All orders requiring delivery by truck must be prepaid. Prices will depend on the area of the country you live in.
All truck freight orders need to be checked by the you, the receiver, before being signed for! (Please open the box and inspect your item) Once the paperwork is signed and given to the driver, Teaka will not be held liable for any damage to the product. If your item is damaged do not sign for the package, which will prevent you from any liability. Just refuse the package and we will take it from there. Please notify us at [email protected] if your item arrives damaged. We will get another item shipped to you the following business day. We will also send a truck to pickup your damaged item in most cases. We prefer to ship to business addresses if possible. Undercover Tonneau Covers, N-fab products, hoods, door shells, grille guards, large tires, tire& wheel packages and some of our bumpers are some of our truck freighted items. Teaka will not be held liable for any truck freight charges on any returned items.
N-fab Products - If the N-fab item ships to a business address select the FedEx Ground Rate. If the N-fab item is delivered to a residential address select the Truck Freight Rate ($135.00) If ordering more than one N-fab item please contact us for a shipping quote. Email us for a residential address shipping quote or select the $135.00 truck freight rate.
*N-fab products must be truck freighted due to size. (See our Truck Freight Note above)
Sheet metal parts are very susceptible to slight damage during shipment.
No credit will be issued for sheet metal that has small pecks, dings,
scratches, or other minor flaws. Body panels will require minor body
work for a quality finish. Please contact us if you have any questions
about your part.
FREE SHIPPING: Does NOT apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other country other than the U.S.

Fedex Shipments
Most of our products are shipped by Fedex. We ship most items Fedex Express, these items will usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery of normal ground shipments will usually take from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Some items are considered Fedex oversize or Fedex overweight. These items will have an added fee over and above the standard shipping cost. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (next business day), 2nd Day & Express delivery are available for an additional fee. Email us for a shipping quote. Please note, not all items can be delivered express.
UPS Shipments
Most of our products can be shipped by UPS. Delivery of normal ground shipments will usually take from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Some items are considered UPS oversize or UPS overweight. These items will have an added fee over and above the standard shipping cost. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (next business day), 2nd Day & Express delivery are available for an additional fee. Email us for a shipping quote. Please note, not all items can be delivered express.
Track your Order:
You can check on the status of your order at any time. We email most tracking numbers. Some of our suppliers do not give us tracking numbers unless requested. If you do not receive a tracking number and you need to track your order, email us.
NOTICE: Teaka authorizes you to use their tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered for you and for no other purpose. Any other use of this tracking system and information is strictly prohibited.
