Drilling required! Nothing looks sweeter on the front of your rig than one of N-Fab's
custom light bars and sometimes those huge, bulky, black, front-end
replacements just aren't needed. Each Light Bar is designed to
compliment other N-Fab products such as Nerf Steps, Desert-Runners and
Rear-Runners. With N-Fab's Light Bar you can fit up to four 9" lights
with out a big bulky front end replacement. Standard color is zinc
base coat with a high gloss black powder coat finish for a high
quality, corrosion protected, finish that will outlast the
competition. N-Fab offers all of it's products in custom black
textured, color-matched or bonded chrome powder coating for an
additional charge.

Light Bar Instructions Models C035LB, D025LB, N045LB, F994LB, G035LB, G074LB, and C074LB
Hardware Kit Contains: Recommended Tools: 2) 3/8” x 1” Hex Head Bolts 9/16” Socket Wrench 2) 3/8” Washers Black Marker Drill and ½” drill bit Metal punch and Hammer
Step 1: Hold the Light Bar up to the face of the bumper where the round mounting brackets are flat against the bumper. Use the top of the bumper to align the Light Bar perpendicular to the ground.
Step 2: While the Light bar is positioned on the bumper, mark around the two mounting brackets onto the bumper. Next, remove the light bar and set aside. You should have two circular marks on the bumper.
Step 3: Mark a ‘X’ through each circle, this will give you the center. Use a metal punch and hammer to punch a pilot hole through the center of the circle.
Step 4: Drill a ½” hole through the pilot marks. NOTE: Make sure the holes are free of metal burs.
Step 5: Align the Light Bar mounts to the drilled holes and place a 3/8”x 1” bolt and the 3/8” washer through the back side of the bumper and thread into the light bar bracket. After final positioning, torque each bolt location to 15-20 ft/lbs. NOTE: Removing the bumper may be easier on some models. Model C995LB Step 1: Drill out the two square license plate holes with a ½” drill bit.
Step 2: Perform step 5 above. NOTE: Mount the license plate back behind the Light Bar bracket. Model G035LB Hardware Kit Contains: 2) 3/8” x 1” Hex Head Bolts 2) 5/16” x 2” Carriage Bolts 2) 3/8” Washers 2) 5/16” Washers 2) 3/8” Nuts 2) 5/16” Nuts
Step 1: Align the two holes in the center bracket of the light bar to the factory license plate holes in the bumper. Next, insert the two 5/16” carriage bolts and the 5/16” nuts and hand tighten. While the light bar is positioned in the bumper, make sure it is level from left to right.
Step 2: With a marker, mark around both round mounting brackets on the light bar. Next, remove light bar from the bumper and set aside.
Step 3: Perform steps 3-4 above.
Step 4: Align the light bar mounts with the drilled holes on the bumper and place the two 5/16” x 2” carriage bolts, 5/16” washers, and 5/16” nuts in the center bracket and hand tighten. Next, start the two 3/8” hex head bolts, 3/8” nuts, and 3/8” washers in the two round bracket mounts on both sides and hand tighten. After final positioning, torque each bolt location to 15-20 ft/lbs.
