►No Torsion Bar Drop System :
The BDS exclusive NTB design eliminates the need to drop the torsion bars by integrating a new front torsion bar mount with the lower A-Arm. If you want the most ground clearance on the market – You want BDS!
► Skid Plates
The BDS system includes both a differential skid plate as well as a front impact skidplate to lock the massive crossmembers together creating an unstoppable sub-frame.
► Ductile Iron Steering Knuckles
Unlike other knuckles on the market, BDS knuckles are made in the USA. BDS knuckles are CNC machined and every knuckle goes through a resonant frequency test to ensure that you are getting a quality part.
► Rear Lift
The rear is lifted with a 5” block kit that eliminates the square u-bolts and switches to a stonger round u-bolt set up. The rear 5” block even has a cast wing creating a new bump stop point.
► Brake Lines
Stainless steel brake lines our included to properly route the brake lines and replace the weak factory lines.
